Spaghetti cacio (cheese) and pepper

Spice-based preparation for spaghetti with cacio o pepe (cheese and pepper).

Dose 2 teaspoons per person. Pour the product into a pan with extra virgin olive oil and fry for a few minutes. Cook the pasta and toss in the pan with the sauce. Serve hot with a sprinkling of Parmesan.

Ingredients: bread crumbs (type 0 soft wheat flour, water, salt, brewer’s yeast, malted wheat flour) from EU / non-EU, pepper from non-EU 15%, prepared for powdered dehydrated cheese (milk, salt, rennet, whey) 10%, salt, onion, garlic, chilli, mint. It may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soy, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, peanuts, crustaceans, milk derivatives, sulphites.

Nutritional values: 1392 kJ, 329 kcal, fats 3.9 g of which saturated 1.6 g, carbohydrates 61 g of which sugars 4.8 g, proteins 12.3 g, salt 10.8 g.
