Wild breeded Pork Bacon 300/350 g

PBacon obtained from pigs raised in the wild in a sustainable and ethical way. This type of breeding has as a direct consequence products of the highest quality. Composed of pork breast and belly, after a massage with a mixture of spices, it is kept for 15 days in coarse salt, then cleaned, salted again and seasoned with ground black pepper. When cut, it presents an alternation of lean red meat and fat.

Being a micro farm, which raises a small amount of animals, the availability of the products is very limited. The goal is to go back to raising animals “as it once was” in an ethical and sustainable way, focusing on the well-being of the animal while respecting the environment in which it lives. This type of farming results in products of the highest quality. The animal is raised in the wild and mainly acorn-fed, no antibiotics or GMOs are used, the animal therefore follows its natural and slow pace of growth.
