The wild boar paté expresses all our land and the passion for tastes with a strong character. The paté is made with wild boar meat and vegetables. After a sweet and slow cooking with spices and smells, a small quantity of dark chocolate is added, to obtain a sauce with an unmistakable flavor and aroma.
